1. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. We may request proof of age, identity and address before releasing any prize, and entries may be voided where verification fails.
2. Entries and tickets
Ticket prices, the total number of tickets available and the closing time are shown on each competition page before purchase. Purchased tickets are non-refundable once a competition has closed, except where a competition is cancelled by us.
3. Club competitions
Optional. They tell us anonymized page views, entry funnel drop-off and which prizes perform best. Data is aggregated and never used to identify you personally
4. Free entry route
A postal free entry route is available for every paid competition and carries identical odds. Full instructions are published on the free entry route page. One postal entry per person per competition.
5. Selecting winners
Winners are selected by a verifiable random process against the eligible-entry snapshot taken at the published closing time. Evidence of the process is retained and available on request.
6. Prize claims
Winners are contacted by email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of successful verification. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn after 30 days.
7. Cash alternatives
Where a cash alternative is listed on the competition page it must be requested within 14 days of the draw. Cash alternatives are not available where not expressly stated.
8. Cancellation and changes
We may cancel or amend a competition where required for legal, technical or safety reasons. Where a competition is cancelled, all paid entries for that competition are refunded in full.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
